Overview
Pace Applied Solutions Pty Ltd handles personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what we collect through pacesolutions.au, why, how it's stored, and how you can access or correct it.
What the contact form collects
The only place this site collects personal information is the contact form. When you submit it, we receive:
- Your name
- Your organisation, if you provide it (this field is optional)
- Your email address
- The topic you select (general, solutions, services, recruitment, or Pace4Good)
- The message you write
A hidden field on the form exists purely to catch automated spam submissions. It isn't visible to a human filling in the form and doesn't collect anything about you.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, follow up on it. We don't use contact-form submissions for marketing, and we don't add you to a mailing list unless you separately ask us to.
How we store it
Submissions are sent by Azure Communication Services (Email) to a Pace mailbox and handled on Microsoft Azure infrastructure in an Australian region. We don't run message content through a public AI model as part of handling your enquiry.
No sale, no ad tracking
We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers or ad pixels on this site.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn't use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. If we turn on privacy-friendly analytics to understand which pages are useful, not to identify individual visitors, we'll keep this section current to reflect exactly what's running. Beyond what the site needs to function, nothing is set without a clear purpose stated here.
Retention
We keep contact-form submissions only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records, then delete them. Recruitment enquiries may be retained for longer where relevant to a specific role.
Access and correction
You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time. Just reach out through the contact form. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Complaints
If you're not satisfied with how we've handled your personal information, raise it with us through the contact form first. If it isn't resolved to your satisfaction, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. The date at the top of this page always shows the last update. Questions about anything here? Get in touch.
